I understand the corporation is newly formed and has no assets or liabilities. I understand the Board of Directors must be 18 years of age, but they do not have to be U.S. residents. The Corporation may have one director, stockholder, and one officer if it desires. I acknowledge that American Corporate Register, Inc. will be the Nevada Corporate Resident Agent for the first year. 

The fee for the first year, including all of the above services is only $1,495.00  

The total cost for each additional year is only $495.00
